Christina E. DeRemer, PharmD, BCPS, BCACP, FASHP

Christina DeRemer is Clinical Associate Professor in the Department of Pharmacotherapy & Translational Research, College of Pharmacy, at the University of Florida (UF). Her practice is based at UF Community Health and Family Medicine Clinic in Old Town, Florida. She received her Doctor of Pharmacy degree from the Philadelphia College of Pharmacy and completed a postgraduate year 1 pharmacy practice residency and postgraduate year 2 ambulatory care residency at the University of Pittsburgh Medical Center. 

DeRemer has been an active member of ASHP, serving as Chair of the Section of Inpatient Care Practitioners Educational Steering Committee, contributing member of ASHP Section of Ambulatory Care Practitioners Section Advisory Group on Compensation & Practice Sustainability, participated in ASHP Commission on Goals: Optimizing Medication Outcomes Through Telehealth, and elected Director-at-Large (2021-2023 term) with the Section of Ambulatory Care Executive Committee. She has given numerous presentations and published notable articles on topics related to ambulatory care and telehealth.
